- once the spiral of the corkscrew has gone completely through the cork, we gently pull upward: the goal is to get the cork out with a gentle hiss, without splashing or damage to the cork. We keep the bottle stable throughout the process, avoiding sudden movements that could spill the wine or cause splashing.
