Free admission and tour of the new winemaking and aging cellar in the hills of Orsaria - Montsclapade.

Following a guided tour of the winery, we will discuss the 5 vintages of Pignolo wine, a legendary treasure of the Friulian hills. We will tell the reasons that were leading this grape variety to extinction, the push for its preservation and its modern revival.
The experience will be accompanied by local products.

During a walk near our apiary, beekeeper Anna Brandolin will tell about the real benefit of bees on the land/vineyard.
This will be followed by a tasting of "shades" of honeys to discover their differences and their interaction with a 6-month dairy cheese from Fattoria Gortani.
The experience will close with a Picolit and Formadi Frant pairing.

Beekeeper Anna Brandolin will tell about the life of the beehive and how by playing and having fun you can help useful insects and bees.
